How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Good question! Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it can take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Typically, delivery is within 10 business days in the Unites States.
Why do you wait until an order is placed to make an item?
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, which is better for the environment and keeps our overhead costs low, so we can pass along the savings to you!
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try to get things rolling as quick as we can. For most items, production time for your order to ship out will be less than two days, although we always try to beat that time. Once shipped, please allow three to five business days for your order to arrive. You can also see our Shipping Policy page for the most up-to-date information.
How do I track my order?
We include tracking information with your order, you can view it from the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.
I ordered 2 or more different items, but only received one… where’s my order?
No worries...it's completely normal if you receive one item before the other. Although we try to ship orders together, we may occasionally use different print providers depending on the product ordered, which can cause shipment times to vary. There are other variables that may cause orders to be separated as well, but rest assured we will get your entire order to you as quickly as we are able.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We want you to be happy with your order...our business literally depends on it! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. For more details, see our Refund Policy in the "Policy" section at the bottom of our Homepage. We typically don't offer refunds just because you don't like a particular design, T-shirt color, etc. after the fact. That said, the keyword there is "typically"; if you feel like you have an extenuating circumstance, please contact us! (Helpful Hint: remember that our customer service reps are humans, too; if you treat them with respect, they're much more likely to bend policy in your favor. As the saying goes, you catch more flies with honey than vinegar...)
Can I cancel my order?
This one is a tentative yes. You may be able to cancel your order with no penalty as long as you contact us before it goes into production. But here's the deal...you must contact us as quickly as possible (typically before midnight on the day you order). We will do the best we can to cancel your order, but due to our manufacturing process we cannot make any guarantees.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Ooh, we hate it when that happens! If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email and confirm the correct address. We can generally change the order address to the correct one if you contact us before midnight on the day of your order. After that, we will still attempt to change the shipping address with the supplier, but can't make any guarantees of success. Unfortunately, if you don't notify us of the incorrect submission prior to midnight of the day of purchase, we will be unable to offer a refund should your package ship to the wrong address. If the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.
Does Tavern and Trail offer a military/responder/teacher discount?
Yes and No. Unfortunately we do not have an integrated solution to offer these discounts for all categories in our store at the moment, although we're looking at options. That said, we do currently offer a 5% discount to US military and veterans. This discount stacks onto to any other discounts or offers we may have at the time. If you are interested, please send us a sanitized picture of your credentials to customerservice@tavernandtrail.com with the subject listed as "Military Discount Request".
