We offer a full refund or replacement for misprinted/damaged/defective items bought from our store. Any such claims must be submitted to us via email at customerservice@tavernandtrail.com within 30 days of product receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims arising from an error on our part are covered at our expense, full stop.

Porch Pirate Policy

Refunds will not ordinarily be issued for non-delivery on items showing as delivered to the address provided. In other words, if the shipping carrier reports that the items have arrived at the address you have provided, we are not responsible for theft (a.k.a. porch piracy). This policy does not apply if you have purchased our optional shipping protection at checkout; in the case you have purchased the shipping protection, we will get a replacement item or items shipped out to you ASAP! Please contact us at customerservice@tavernandtrail.com and we'll be happy to help you out.

Shipments to Incorrect Addresses

Refunds will also not ordinarily be issued if you enter the wrong address at checkout. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. If you catch the mistake in the first 24 hours, give us a call at 210-369-8553 or email customerservice@tavernandtrail.com and we will do our best to correct the error...no guarantees though as our product production often starts right away so we can get items shipped fast. That said, we will absolutely ensure your order is delivered to you at the correct address once it comes back to us from the shipping carrier if that's what you want...but be aware that additional shipping charges may apply.

Unclaimed Shipments 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Other Exclusions

Refunds will also not ordinarily be issued for unwanted but otherwise perfectly good merchandise (i.e., incorrect size purchased or "Buyer's Remorse"), but feel free to give us a shout if you feel there are extenuating circumstances. All returns must be approved in writing. Please hit us up at customerservice@tavernandtrail.com or through our Contact Us page prior to shipment...no surprise mail, please!

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take a few days for you to receive your funds, depending on your original payment method. If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of getting our notification email, please contact us and we'll get it figured out.
