Shipping policy

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! That said, we typically ship within two business days.  

Typical delivery timeframe is around 3 - 5 business days for US customers, but please allow up to 10 before contacting us for support. For international customers, please allow up to 30 days for delivery, although we will do everything in our power to get it to you faster.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your product every step of the way. Some packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal delays or bear attacks.

FREE SHIPPING is offered on purchases of $50 or more. At this time, the FREE SHIPPING discount is only available for US customers. For international purchasers, weight based international shipping rates will apply.
